Once your results are ready, we'll either email them directly to you or ask you to book a consultation, depending on your test type and results. If you provide your doctor's details during onboarding, they'll receive a copy of your results too. After receiving your results, you're welcome to book a consultation with our clinical team to discuss them in detail.
For some results, we'll require you to book a consultation before viewing them. In these cases, we'll send you a booking link for our clinical team, and share your results with both you and your doctor after the consultation.
