Cancellation and Change of Mind Policy
a. In the event that you receive the products and services you have purchased, as stated, but that you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a partial refund or exchange, provided that:

Any approved refund may be subject to an administration fee to cover processing and operational costs.
