Getting tested:
- Order and purchase the relevant test from our website
- Your kit will be shipped to your nominated address within 2 business days
- Follow the instructions to collect your saliva sample at home
Returning samples - Australia:
- Core Carrier test: Drop off your sample in any Australia Post red box for standard shipping or yellow box for express shipping
- All other tests: Drop off your sample in any Australia Post yellow box for express shipping, or take it directly to your nearest Post Office
- Please note: This process may vary for members in New Zealand. We will share your shipping instructions with you once you purchase the test.
Receiving results turnaround time:
- Core: up to 4 weeks
- Couples (Medicare): 6-8 weeks
- Comprehensive: up to 4 weeks
- Cancer/Heart/Preventative test: 4-6 weeks
