Your kit will be shipped to your nominated address within 2 business days - for Core & Couples Carrier Screening tests, kits are dispatched once onboarding has been completed.
Follow the instructions to collect your saliva sample at home
Returning samples - Australia:
Reply-paid envelope: drop off your sample in any Australia Post red box, or take it directly to your nearest Post Office.
Standard eParcel label in the kit box: affix the label to the box, then drop off your sample in any Australia Post red box, or take it directly to your nearest Post Office.
Express eParcel label in the kit box: affix the label to the box, then drop off your sample in any Australia Post yellow box for express shipping, or take it directly to your nearest Post Office
Please note: This process may vary for members in New Zealand. We will share your shipping instructions with you once you purchase the test.
Receiving results turnaround time:
Core: up to 4 weeks*
Couples (Medicare): 6-8 weeks*
Comprehensive: up to 4 weeks*
Cancer/Heart/Preventative test: 4-6 weeks*
